Theme 1: Intro to Well-being & Grace
This seven week course covers the basics of well-being, with a new lesson released each week. Topics include:
1. Theories of well-being
2. What is grace, and what does it do?
3. What is well-being to you?
3. What is happiness, and how do you get more?
5. The positive role of faith
6. Risk factors of religion
7. Your own personal well-being launch
Our classes are designed to be done in "small bites"- short lessons on a specific topic. You'll get a new lesson each week- but you can spend as long as you need on a particular topic. No pressure!

Each week there will be discussion questions you can contemplate on your own, discuss in the online community, or print out to use with your own group. This is the place to ask the hard questions- about faith, life, relationships, and more. Nothing is off limits.
For those who enjoy writing, there will be journaling prompts for each weekly lesson. A few moments of solitude, spent in God's presence- can be life changing.
Explore complicated topics through visual and creative means (if that's your jam). Then have your art be featured on the Graceology members' site (optional). Use your gift to inspire others (all skill levels welcome).

Did you know that researchers have been conducting studies on the benefits of God's grace? In effect, measuring the power of God's love. How cool is that? Each lesson will include a scientific tidbit to help you on your journey.
